Gweldorin-Infused Far Breton

Requirements for 5 persons:
For the Far Breton Batter:

1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons Gweldorin seeds (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rum (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or a tart pan generously.

Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

Step 3:
In another bowl, beat the eggs, and then gradually add the milk, crushed Gweldorin seeds, vanilla extract, and rum (if using). Mix until well combined.

Step 4:
Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

Step 5:
Stir in the melted butter to create a smooth batter.

Step 6:
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish or tart pan.

Step 7:
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the Far Breton is set and the top is golden brown. It may puff up slightly during baking, which is normal.

Step 8:
Allow it to cool before slicing and serving.
